Fort Lauderdale, FL – Through funding from the Florida Legislature, Broward College, in partnership with the MLK Day of Service Advisory Board, has allocated funds to 36 different community organizations to develop and complete service projects from January 9 through January 16, 2017 for MLK Day of Service. MLK Day of Service encourages the public to take part in a day of volunteerism to honor the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.
