FORT LAUDERDALE – The Performing Arts Center Authority 13-member volunteer board that governs the Broward Center for the Performing Arts has announced the following new officers: Chair Jack Loos; Vice Chair Barbara Jones; and Secretary Barbra Stern. Charles L. Palmer was reappointed treasurer. Immediate past chair Austin Forman also was recognized for his service.
